It's a sad day for South Carolina Masonry. After serving only 4 months in office, the sitting Grand Master of Masons, Most Worshipful Brother Thomas "Tommy" Watson, has died. The details are not known at this time, but it has been confirmed that MWB Watson has laid down his working tools of life and entered the Celestial Lodge above.
MWB Watson was a good man, one of the best I'd ever met in Masonry, and he will most assuredly be missed. The Deputy Grand Master, Right Worshipful Brother Acey Flora, has a very big pair of shoes to fill. My deepest condolences to the Watson family and my best wishes to RWB Flora.
